Dear, Mr. Wilks:
I wish to commend Patrick and John. It was raining (as usual) when they repaired my air conditioner. They wiped their feet carefully and went about their work in a quiet and professional manner. I'm looking forward to a pleasantly cool summer.
Thank You,
Pearl Z.

Dear Sir/Madam,
Just a note to express my appreciation for your prompt response today when our air conditioner was not cooling. John, the serviceman, was so polite on the phone. As it so happened neither my husband or I could be home. I am accustomed to paying for services at the time of service. John called me on my cell phone after he had evaluated the problem explained to me what needed to be done and that he could complete the job today and leave the invoice with my son. In this day and age it is such a pleasuer to do business with a company such as yours. You were referred to me by a friend who was also pleased with the service. I will certainly refer you to my friends and co-workers who have need of a reliable heating and air conditioning company. Again, thanks for everything. It is so nice to have a cool house.

I had CPS come out and light the pilot for my furnace. There was a yellow flame and I was told I needed to have a pro come look at it. The first company I called came out and said the entire unit needed to be replaced. They said they tried "every trick in the book". I called another heating and AC company. They checked the heater and also said the whole thing needed to be replaced. Finally, I called Wilks Inc. Patrick Wilks came out. He found a papertowel stuffed in the burner. He removed it, tested the heater, and it works perfectly now. He saved me over $2300. Thank You Wilks!

From past experience I learned that it is best to call a certified Rheem service for repairs. Two years ago I was told by a HVAC company called from the yellow pages that I needed a new compressor and was told I would be spending about $2,300.00. Luckily, I looked up the brand name on my unit and looked online for a certifed repairman. I called Wilks, Inc. and got a second opinion and the compressor did not need to be replaced there was a leak in the coil that was fixed for $80.00. I saved so much money and will never call any other company for my HVAC needs. Today I woke up to the AC unit not woking and called Wilks, Inc. @ 8:00am and by 10:30am my problems were solved. Again for a small issue of a clogged drain. The service provided was fast, professional and the price was right.
